Every item is carefully checked by hand. We only sell items that are undamaged and functional. To give you a better idea, here are the main characteristics of the four different conditions:
Perfect: Like new, no signs of usage and in perfect condition
Good: Used item with small, unnoticeable signs of usage
Okay: Little visible signs of usage
Acceptable: Visible signs of usage
About Shipping
The shipping process is as easy as it can get - trust us. Here is a little overview.
The preloved items are not stored at our own warehouse, but at the warehouse of our partner reverse supply. They also organize everything about the shipping, logistics and returns.
Your delivery will reach you within the next 1-5 days with DHL GoGreen. The delivery cost will be calculated after selecting the delivery country.
